2. Data recorded when the User uses the Platform, including but not limited to:
2.1. Real or approximate location data such as IP address, Wi-Fi location, geo-location, and so on;
2.2. The data is in the form of the time of each User activity, including registration, login, transaction and other activities so on;
2.3. User usage data or preferences, including User interactions in using the Platform, choices saved, as well as selected settings. The data is obtained using cookies, pixel tags, and technology similar that creates and maintains a unique identifier;
2.4. Device data, including the type of device used to access the Platform, including the device model hardware, operating system and version, software, IMEI number, file name and version, language selection, identifier unique device, advertising identifier, serial number, device motion information, and/or mobile network information;
2.5. Data records (logs), including records on servers that receive data such as device IP addresses, dates and access time, app features or pages viewed, app work processes and other system activity, type browser, and/or Platform or third party services that you use before interacting with the Platform.

3. Data obtained from other sources, including:
3.1. LAKU6 business partners who help LAKU6 in developing and presenting services on the Platform to Users, including payment service provider partners, logistics or couriers, Platform infrastructure, and other partners.
3.2. LAKU6 business partners where Users create or access LAKU6 accounts, such as social media services, or Platforms/applications that use the LAKU6 API or those that use LAKU6;
3.3. Financial service providers, including but not limited to credit rating agencies or blueprints Credit Information Management Institution (LPIP);
3.4. Marketing service providers;
3.5. Publicly available sources.

LAKU6 can combine data obtained from these sources with other data it has.

B. Data Usage

LAKU6 can use all or part of the data obtained and collected from Users as mentioned in the previous section for the following matters:

1. Process all forms of requests, activities and transactions made by Users through the Platform, including for the purpose of sending products to Users.
2. Provision of features to provide, realize, maintain and improve our products and services, including:
2.1. Offer, obtain, provide, or facilitate marketplace services, insurance, financing, loans, as well as other products through the Platform or email;
2.2. Carry out internal activities necessary to provide services on the LAKU6 Platform, such as solving software issues, bugs, operational issues, perform data analysis, testing, and research, and to monitor and analyze usage trends and activity.
3. Helping Users when communicating with the LAKU6 Chat Feature, including to:
3.1. Checking and solving User problems;
3.2. Directing User questions to Customer Service officers on the appropriate Chat feature to resolve problem; and
3.3. Monitor and improve Customer Service responses to the LAKU6 Chat feature.
4. Contacting Users via e-mail, letter, telephone, fax, etc., including but not limited to help and/or complete the transaction process or problem resolution process.
5. Using information obtained from Users for research, analysis, development and testing purposes products to improve the safety and security of services on the Platform, as well as develop features and products new.
6. Inform Users regarding products, services, promotions, studies, surveys, news, latest developments, events and others, both through the Platform and through other media. D. Cookies

E. User Choice and Transparency

1. Most mobile devices (iOS, Android, and so on) have settings so the LAKU6 app doesn't can access certain data without the consent of the User. The iOS device will provide a notification to The user when the LAKU6 application first requests access to the data, while the Android device will notifies the User when the LAKU6 application is loaded for the first time.
